Why don't you require a return?

Does the promise cover bundles and subscriptions?
Yes — the promise covers the first billing cycle of any product, including bundles and subscriptions. Cancel your subscription before it renews if you don't want a second shipment.
What about the second bottle onward?
The promise is on your first bottle of any formula. After that, standard 30-day return applies for unopened product. Subscriptions are always cancel-anytime.
Are there any exclusions?
One promise per household per formula. We reserve the right to decline abuse cases (dozens of accounts, wholesale-scale ordering). Everyone else — the promise stands.
